This doesn't make sense as to run the simulation you need 2 devices.Pretty good but requiring internet and ip as well as needing to pay for the defib function seems a bit unnecessary.Looks like a great app, downloaded it for phone and chromebook, but you can't do anything unless you pay for premium.An invaluable instructor resource to run scenarios with students.

2. but I've never had any issues with glitches or problems so 3/5This would be perfect for the job I have for it -- simulating a monitor in a heart transplant patient's room in a stageplay -- were it not for the fact that it requires not only IP connectivity... but *Internet* connectivity for which a) there seems no plausible requirement and b) we don't have.

3. The reason it doesn't have five stars is the absence of a few teeny features - the ability to mute the QRS beep (very distracting and not realistic in VF or other arrest rhythms) and the ability to simulate CPR artefact.

1. Fix Simpl Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Simpl: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Simpl App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Simpl" » Open Simpl - Simulated Patient Moni » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simpl » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Simpl - Simulated Patient Moni app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simpl servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simpl - Simulated Patient Moni" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Simpl app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simpl might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Simpl. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simpl then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Simpl not working

2. Fix Simpl Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Simpl be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Simpl not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Simpl may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
