1. Thanks a lot.This is one of the most beautiful platform I have stumbled on! Met great people and contacts there and all thanks to the app, I was able to acquire five individuals joining my travel group for a tour.... Just some improvements needed.

Excellent app for introverts who like to have meaningful conversations and make long lasting and trusted friends.This is better than other chatting apps but can you please distinguish between the messages between sender and receiver in menu section and I can't decide If I sent or they sent unless I opened the chat.

8. It does tend to be hit and miss... But... I think the best improvement would be if you could tell if the users were online (active) in standby (sleep mode) or if they were logged off or deleted the app.

9. For example, needs some kind of sign to show there is an unread message, like a red dot, and also a message count to say how many I haven't read.

1. Fix Simlr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Simlr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Simlr App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Simlr" » Open Simlr: friends worldwide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simlr » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Simlr: friends worldwide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simlr servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simlr: friends worldwide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Simlr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simlr might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Simlr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simlr then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Simlr not working

2. Fix Simlr Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Simlr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Simlr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Simlr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
