Why should I report an Issue with Simbi?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. As of now, I cant view entire messages if they are longer than normal or scroll up in my conversations.I want to love this app so much on the idea alone, however it's FILLED with inactive accounts and old posts.Interesting alternative to money.

2. It allows me to meet people that don't really have a lot of money but are interested in some of the things that I do and I can expose myself a little bit while learning a little bit about other people.

4. It's IMPOSSIBLE to upload, take, or attach images, so you are hamstrung trying to create or update your services.

5. UninstalledWhenever I receive a long paragraph of text in my inbox, I can't scroll up to see it all, instead the page just refreshes back to the end half of the text.

6. Don't bother downloading unless you enjoy spending 100x the effort to communicate and attach images.

7. I get notified of messages 8-24 hours late, and only see the last few sentences of a thread.

8. Because of that I can't use the app on my android at all.Would be better if I could scroll up on my messages.

9. I'm a digital photographer and a software tester, so I can spot buggy apps.

10. Really nice, but the android app is really glitchy and it won't let me login through Facebook.

1. Fix Simbi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Simbi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Simbi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Simbi" » Open Simbi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simbi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Simbi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simbi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simbi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Simbi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simbi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Simbi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simbi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Simbi not working

2. Fix Simbi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Simbi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Simbi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Simbi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
