Why should I report an Issue with SignSchool: Learn ASL?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of SignSchool to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. There's a button at the bottom that says "sign of the day" which takes you to a page to sign up for emails.... And it doesn't work, saying there's an error.

2. The dictionary section is more of a vocab list, it'd be really cool to have the meanings of each sign especially for the repeated english words that have different signs.

3. Under the menu button there's a dictionary... Which is blank, as is every other pageThe people in the videos sign way too fast.

4. "There was an error uploading the database." The sign of the day is shown, but I'm not told the meaning.

5. loved the slowed down speed option, though! third point: there is no resource here on how to structure sentences or combine words for complex thoughts - it is only a dictionary.

6. It's confusing for deaf people if you sign both right & left handed.

7. If they would restore the app I would still use it.great bones, but could use key features to start, the app focuses largely on the overall gesture of a word, and it is offen hard to tell how the persons hand is oriented.

10. There is an option to slow it down, but then it's like a normal speed, so when you're trying to see exactly what hand shapes they are using, many times you can't.

1. Fix SignSchool Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SignSchool: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SignSchool App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SignSchool" » Open SignSchool: Learn ASL » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SignSchool » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SignSchool: Learn ASL app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SignSchool servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SignSchool: Learn ASL" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SignSchool app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SignSchool might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SignSchool. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SignSchool then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SignSchool not working

2. Fix SignSchool Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SignSchool be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SignSchool not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SignSchool may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
