1. The free option was telling me that I have used my visits as soon as I installed it, and I erased the app... It offered three doctors virtual visits free the app never honored.Tonight im in severe pain, paralyzed, having confusion and memory loss this has been going on for 10 years now but i havent been able to get a doctor to see it or believe it because it normally happens late night and i cant get to an er so i decided to try at 1am so a doctor can finally see me while im having an epsiode.

2. Something like that could truly change the world and help ppl in a way that nobody before had had the nerve or the caring to do for mankind!Red flag: App is in English, but I don't recommend unless you're Spanish-fluent as both Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy are written in Spanish.

3. Within minutes i got a doctor and despite having trouble explaining he was very patient and helpful he sent meds to my pharmacy and told me what tests needed to be done.Terms of service was in Spanish.

The only thing that I don't like or I never knew how to do it was how to get the same therapist in each session, because you need to keep the progress and continuity with your issue and when you ask for help you're always attempt by someone new...Bull**it! You need to tell ppl you're NOT AVAILABLE IN THE UNITED STATES!!! What a waist of my time! Uninstalling immediately.

5. As it is, it is dubious.It keeps saying that it needs my exact location... All my phone's permissions are available for this app, I'm very confused obviously, someone please help me... 1 STAR UNTIL FIXED! I need a response in ENGLISH NOT SPANISHI downloaded the app but the only way to use it was paying.

6. I don't speak Spanish or read Spanish it did not give me any other options!There is an option to subscribe ,if you want to do so ,you have to give your credit card number inside the app instead of just using the subscription services of Google play.

7. If you believe in your poduct or service, and that it fills a need, and that profit is intended, then Docademic must make its product marketable to a people.

1. Fix Doc.com Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Doc.com: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Doc.com App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Doc.com" » Open Doc.com » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Doc.com » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Doc.com app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Doc.com servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Doc.com" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Doc.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Doc.com might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Doc.com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Doc.com then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Doc.com not working

2. Fix Doc.com Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Doc.com be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Doc.com not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Doc.com may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
