1. That is really strange and uncomfortable.Servers need to be updated ASAP!!! Tried to send a photography release to a client and "HTTP 500" keeps popping up and not sending my photo releases.

2. The app hasn't been updated since 2017, I think the developer abandoned it.The forms/docs at the national retail office supply store wanted over $50 for the EXACT same forms/docs for FREE with this app.

3. I've been using this app for years it is one of the greatest apps for contracts sometimes I do have issues with it and it's very frustrating it doesn't happen often but when it does it happens at the worst time.

4. A BIG THANKS to Legalshield for this free app!!Need some help The app only gets to the point where the orange circe spins before I can pick the state.

5. I gave this five stars because they do respond to your email and they do try to keep this app up and running.I used to love this app but suddenly it stopped sending out emails.

6. I am a PAYING Legal Shield Member and have expectations that the services I pay for will work.I can't even create a log in nor get it to set up an account and we have a legalshield membership.

7. Now it says it's sending the forms for signature, but it doesn't actually send them.

8. I can create contracts but when I send them to clients for their signature, they never get delivered.

9. But I always send an email to the web developer and within an hour it's usually back up and running perfectly fine.

10. update - 2 months later - still doesnt workWorks good but the buyers signature is placed on a second page with nothing else.

11. Defeats the purpose of a contract if it's not tied to the original document agreement.

1. Fix Forms Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Forms: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Forms App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Forms" » Open Forms by LegalShield » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Forms » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Forms by LegalShield app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Forms servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Forms by LegalShield" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Forms app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Forms might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Forms. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Forms then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Forms not working

2. Fix Forms Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Forms be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Forms not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Forms may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
