Why should I report an Issue with SGNews - Singapore News?

This is definitely a downgrade of the system from the past.This new news app is quite good, but i suggest that to improve this app, have this app to save articles and check back your news history (the news you saw before are saved at the history in the app), and hope to be able to also create an account where we can get email notifications and can save browsing news history when logged into the account, hope that the app would have membership for more perks and benefits for using the app with a account created.

2. While I appreciate what news feeds in the app, the annoying feature for me is that after I finish reading an article, I don't get returned to the last place I stopped at while browsing through the list of articles.

3. Good concept, bad execution.After read one news, I cannot continue from the last one that I've read and need to scroll down all over again till the next news i want to read.

4. Keep up the good work! No need to rely on rumours or heresay as it's the real news.

1. Fix SGNews Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SGNews: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SGNews App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SGNews" » Open SGNews - Singapore News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SGNews » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SGNews - Singapore News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SGNews servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SGNews - Singapore News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SGNews app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SGNews might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SGNews. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SGNews then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SGNews not working

2. Fix SGNews Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SGNews be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SGNews not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SGNews may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
