I'm not sure how accurate the measurements are as they seem off some nights and sometimes it will read I'm in the bed when no one is home.The app is great for gathering data about your sleep habits, etc., and ok for adjusting the bed; however, both hubby and I would prefer having a non-phone remote that we could use for the simpler functions like changing the sleep number or putting the head up and down.

For the amount of money you spend on the bed it seems a remote would be included.It sucks After the first month-and-a-half it always stayed connected to the wifi, now, not only does it not stay connected, it can't find it and if I does and gives the 3 check makes showing its connected, it then shows its not connected.
3. I've been losing weight over the last year, and I can see the changes happening in my Sleep Number data.
4. I'm on the verge of uninstalling the app and just using the remote to control the bed and my fitness tracker to grade my sleep.There are major problems with this app.
5. Why have private mode look like it can be set individually when it actually affects both sides of the bed? So I can't get back in the bed in the morning to watch some TV or read a book without messing up my or my fiance's sleep session.
6. As a result, my sleep number suffers, though I'm getting a great night's sleep each night.
7. It's aggravating having to unlock my phone, navigate to the app, open it, then make the desired adjustments as opposed to just grabbing a remote... OR... asking Alexa or Google to make the adjustments, but those assistants are not compatible with the bed.
8. Moves and controls bed fine.I realize this may be the bed and not so much the app, but the app consistently shows me taking 2+ hours to fall asleep once I enter bed, and my wife tells me it takes about 2 minutes.
9. My wife and I may lay in bed at night to read but it will think we're going to sleep.
10. The bed will collect data if IT thinks you are laying down to sleep.
11. Not sure if it's the weight of the blankets or what, but u have to adjust my sleep sessions almost every day.
