Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TV-SP Issues
1. Fix TV-SP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart TV-SP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the TV-SP App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TV-SP" » Open TV-SP » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TV-SP » click "UPDATE".
- Clear TV-SP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TV-SP servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TV-SP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check TV-SP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TV-SP might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall TV-SP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TV-SP then reinstall.
