1. Please help so I can give it the 5 stars it deserves.I'm so not an artist so I can't give a detailed critique, but I love the variety of tools given that this is a free program! The UI is very smooth and pretty straightforward (even if it takes a couple trials and errors to understand what each tool does if you're not used to digital art programs).

2. There's only one small feature I wish it had, which are shapes (e.g. square, triangle, star, etc.) ready-made that can be used directly without need to draw it and wait to be corrected, also an option to fill them with color.I need help with this app.

3. I might be using it wrong.Only reasons I didn't give 5 stars is the auto fill issue and the auto cropping that happens when you try to import an image to use as a layer.

4. But I can easily say that I'm happy I gave the note a chance because it is easily my new favorite of all the flagship phones wish I could afford the S22 ultra.Good app, wish it would sync across devices though.

5. Hi, 👋 I love this app but there is a problem, 😕 if you do a live draw it doesn't show you the next step and I don't what is causing this to happen.

6. I wish that users would have access to a large variety of brushes pens, tools, etc.

7. It used to work really well, but now when coloring and using the bucket, all the filled in colors start to bleed and smudge after minutes of filling in.

8. I have noticed, that the "Smudge Brush" (the middle brush with the swirl on the tip) does not work.

9. Would also love to see more brush / pen / ect options in the future!This app has become terrible.

1. Fix PENUP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PENUP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PENUP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PENUP" » Open PENUP – Drawing-sharing SNS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PENUP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PENUP – Drawing-sharing SNS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PENUP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PENUP – Drawing-sharing SNS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PENUP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PENUP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PENUP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PENUP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PENUP not working

2. Fix PENUP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PENUP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PENUP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PENUP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
