1. The UI is a maze to get around, about 75 % of the time I try to play a lesson video the screen will strobe in alternating black and white squares and play the audio only, if I rotate the screen while the app is open it automatically closes what I was doing and makes me log in again, and if I tap the "back" button at any time it closes the app completely and I have to navigate the maze again to restart whatever I was doing.
2. This, by the way, is both a parent using it for his two school-age children, and an educator using it to teach students.Very lack luster, my school has switched to using this because google is going to start charging for their "classroom" application.
3. Using the android back button closes the app rather than returning me to the previous screen.
4. It does have it's advantages like the direct student to teacher communication available, but all things considered I wouldn't recommend using this app. This app is a bug-ridden disaster so far.
5. If I open from a home screen notification, it closes before I can read the posting.
6. On the my children section, when selecting my courses the list wont scroll so I can only see the first 2 courses.
7. Can you actually make an update that fixes something? Updates continuously are installed through play store but it doesn't fix my laundry list of issues. It's essentially non-functional.
8. Selecting a notification from the android notification area doesnt load the application, it clears the notification.
9. When I tried to send my teacher a message to let him know, the system rejected the message because of an "invalid recipient name".
10. If I click on the notifications to open the app on anything other than the home screen, it just doesn't open up the app.
11. To make this short:I've been locked out of the app, can't use the QR scan easily, and all the pages are loose and awkward. As a parent, the app is trash.
