ScentAir Customer Insights

1. The wireless experience allows the user to adapt the quality of aromatherapy usage and if it goes offline, the app quickly let's you know and identify the issues.On the Pixel 3, the schedule function does got seen to work.

2. Now I can't get update the firmware, and I'm not sure if I should sign in, connect with Bluetooth or something else with the cloud.Horrible..does not connect ever to android phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ScentAir Issues

1. Fix ScentAir Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ScentAir: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ScentAir App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ScentAir" » Open ScentAir » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ScentAir » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ScentAir app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ScentAir servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ScentAir" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ScentAir app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ScentAir might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ScentAir. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ScentAir then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ScentAir not working


2. Fix ScentAir Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ScentAir be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ScentAir not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ScentAir may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
