1. And that's as far as it goes! Its like it locks up!! You can barely make out in the back something trying to lode or something, but IT WON'T MOVE! I Left it for 30 minutes one time! And Nothing!! I would suggest others do too & make a point.Pretty good.. should come with at least a few e mail searches, possibly add a username search option... could be better with the social media info.. and perhaps social media profiles should come with the free subscription... since it's for "safe dating" that way you can see if its the right person and or if you need to waste your time and money on more details and or before you pay for the more extensive background check and extra details for the wrong person....I tried to create an account but when I entered my password (which I had just set 2 seconds earlier) it said my password was not valid.

For some reason at the moment it's not loading up and letting me get into it, it just keeps saying dashboard loading, so if you could please get this issue resolved it'd be great so I can get back to using it again, great app though, thank youUpdate: The app doesn't open, nor will it allow the creation of a new account.

5. But, obvi, if I can't get back in, it's pointless.I would have given it 5 out of 5 but when i go to get information about lets say photos of address or online info, it loads up and says your information is ready,.

9. If you're in the US, you can file a fraud report with the FTC and get a full refund from your bank, CU, etc I do go scorched earth when developers charge $$ for non-functional trash code.

1. Fix SafeDating Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SafeDating: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SafeDating App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SafeDating" » Open SafeDating: Background Check Y » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SafeDating » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SafeDating: Background Check Y app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SafeDating servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SafeDating: Background Check Y" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SafeDating app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SafeDating might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SafeDating. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SafeDating then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SafeDating not working

2. Fix SafeDating Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SafeDating be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SafeDating not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SafeDating may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
