1. **Why isn't there an In Progress section separate from scrolling through the History?This is an amazing app 💯🤗 I take 14 different prescriptions and with this app I can check on my medicine and if any of them are ready to get refilled, it let me know when I'm out of refills and it will send the Dr for refills... and there's so many other things it can do.

2. **What is the purpose of the Prescriptions Filled section when there is a History screen? For me it lists 3 instances of one Rx and none of the other 6+ that I have refilled many times.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Express Rx Issues

1. Fix Express Rx Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Express Rx: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Express Rx App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Express Rx" » Open Express Rx Mobile App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Express Rx » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Express Rx Mobile App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Express Rx servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Express Rx Mobile App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Express Rx app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Express Rx might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Express Rx. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Express Rx then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Express Rx not working


2. Fix Express Rx Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Express Rx be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Express Rx not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Express Rx may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
