1. I had to restart my phone.5stars for The Chuch app & Praying! BUT 1 star rating cause Pagans are invading the app "Praying" for DEATH! Can you PLEASE add something to not allow certain words like Kill, Death, PAGAN!!! We already CAN't pray in a REAL CHURCH, now haters are trying to take away our right to pray Virtually! IT already "PRAYED" for ALL our DEATHS BY COVID19! With Rossaries & Candle! The World needs Prayers But haters are destroying Anything that Respects GOD! Please HELP! 1. Fix The Sanctuary App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The Sanctuary App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The Sanctuary App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Sanctuary App" » Open The Sanctuary App - Real-time » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Sanctuary App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The Sanctuary App - Real-time app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Sanctuary App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Sanctuary App - Real-time " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The Sanctuary App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Sanctuary App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The Sanctuary App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Sanctuary App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Sanctuary App not working
