1. Please fix the bug!Like many others, the app was working great until recently when it crashes every time you try scanning the barcode for your prescription, which renders the app useless on my Samsung Galaxy S22 running Android version 13.This app used to work GREAT! Now, it opens, you hit scan and it crashes! I have uninstalled/reinstalled and it DOESNTHE SAME THING! Please fix!!Crashing since last update unable to use at allWish I could make it a half star.

2. 😡App is so simple to use! Almost too simple!Last update causes scan button to crash app.What happened to being able to see your history??? I was once able to see all the prescriptions that I had refilled over the past few months but when I got a new phone and downloaded this app again, I can only send requests.

3. We need an option to be able to roll back to the last working version of apps on the Play Store without having to search around the internet and possibly download harmful versions that have been hacked for nefarious purposes.I have really enjoyed using this app.

4. No history, no looking to see if the prescription is ready.... only send new requests... I once was able to send requests from my history which was great since I am not home during the day and never have the barcodes with me during business hour.... please fix this issue!There's a couple things wrong with this app.

5. Won't scan anymore (just crashes and returns you go your phone home page) and doesn't send the manually entered info, either.

1. Fix RefillRx Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RefillRx: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RefillRx App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RefillRx" » Open RefillRx Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RefillRx » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RefillRx Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RefillRx servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RefillRx Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RefillRx app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RefillRx might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RefillRx. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RefillRx then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RefillRx not working

2. Fix RefillRx Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RefillRx be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RefillRx not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RefillRx may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
