Why should I report an Issue with Zadok: Learn Ancient Hebrew?

1. Aside from that, great job!This is really helpful to learn and touch the language of Hebrew in its origin, Paleo or Ancient Hebrew was the root to the Modernized Hebrew but it carries such meaning to its depth, Zadok has been successful in teaching the basics to fundamental in the simplest way.

2. - The Pronoun and Adjective test needs construction regarding giving the Correct answer... When get wrong answer instead of correcting, it just gives the same answer as what is listed in the test.Every phone isn't compatible, the newer Androids are compatible though! People with iPhones may have issues too.

3. תודה רבהWhen I click on a word to get the definition, I can only see the beginning of the comment in a highlighted box... The rest of the instruction fades into obscurity below the box and is illegible... I'll probably delete the app before you fix it.Can you add a dictionary with audio and the breakdown of the word's placement there as well.

5. Also can you add the sound of the word's used under the prayer section with the letters .The app works well in Android 10 but in Android 6, the letters cannot be seen at all.

7. Sometimes you hear a human voice, but most of these lessons are computer read and that makes them difficult to fully understand.

1. Fix Zadok Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zadok: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zadok App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zadok" » Open Zadok: Learn Ancient Hebrew » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zadok » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zadok: Learn Ancient Hebrew app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zadok servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zadok: Learn Ancient Hebrew" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zadok app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zadok might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zadok. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zadok then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zadok not working

2. Fix Zadok Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zadok be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zadok not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zadok may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
