When I press numbers to select options on a call menu, it doesn't respond, have ended up wasting money on calls, because I'm not able to use call menu functionFirst of all I've had this app on my phone for Over a month now I haven't registered, each time I put in my phone number, I never receive the code.

6. I would NOT recommend this app.In case you you are not aware of this this thing that I'm about to say now, work on it, when you call someone and end the call even if you go offline the the call will still connect allowing the receiver to pick up your call while you are already off.

1. Fix Talk360 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Talk360: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Talk360 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Talk360" » Open Talk360: International Calling » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Talk360 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Talk360: International Calling app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Talk360 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Talk360: International Calling" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Talk360 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Talk360 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Talk360. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Talk360 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Talk360 not working

2. Fix Talk360 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Talk360 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Talk360 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Talk360 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
