1. Also, on a phone with quite a lot of memory, ring central is the only app that crashes if you are attempting multitasking and opening another app while ring central is open.First, this app works ok for what I had to use it for, which was a doc appt.

2. Think of this case: you are in a conf call and you need to search for some information on email app and you need to switch from ring central to outlook.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix RingCentral Meetings Issues

1. Fix RingCentral Meetings Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart RingCentral Meetings: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the RingCentral Meetings App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RingCentral Meetings" » Open RingCentral Meetings » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RingCentral Meetings » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear RingCentral Meetings app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RingCentral Meetings servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RingCentral Meetings" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check RingCentral Meetings app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RingCentral Meetings might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall RingCentral Meetings. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RingCentral Meetings then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RingCentral Meetings not working
