While this one is limited on its users it is definetly worth the download possibly purchase it.Moved from another app to Ring4, I will say that this is what I was looking for my small business, usually we have high traffic of people reaching out via text, never had any issues with my USA number, our work involves loads of texting back and forward as we are doing tours and have to go through all the details, check-in, scheduling, airport transfers, organizing drivers and keeping up with our business partners... Never had any glitches.

1. Fix Ring4 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ring4: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ring4 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ring4" » Open Ring4: Phone + Text + Video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ring4 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ring4: Phone + Text + Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ring4 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ring4: Phone + Text + Video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ring4 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ring4 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ring4. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ring4 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ring4 not working

2. Fix Ring4 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ring4 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ring4 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ring4 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
