1. I have spent year compiling some of my playlists and now over half of my music has just disappeared as well.THE WORST! Songs in my playlists say "playback failed" and when I look the songs up their either gone completely or its a newer version of the album.

2. Not good.This app used to work great, and I've enjoyed it so much, but in the last week, it has quit letting me search for artists, view their music, and then add them to my playlists.

3. Recently, playlists have gone missing, content is no longer available for streaming, and the overall quality is a shadow of what it use to be.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Napster Music Issues

1. Fix Napster Music Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Napster Music: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Napster Music App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Napster Music" » Open Napster Music » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Napster Music » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Napster Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Napster Music servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Napster Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Napster Music app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Napster Music might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Napster Music. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Napster Music then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Napster Music not working


2. Fix Napster Music Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Napster Music be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Napster Music not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Napster Music may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hi, This is DJ AD from India. This is my Napster Artist profile - https://us.napster.com/artist/dj-ad The Album called "Time Travel" https://us.napster.com/artist/dj-ad/album/time-travel-502080754 I want to remove it from my artist page and also from Napster because I Deleted it from every single music store. Please delete it as soon as possible. Thanks a lot
