1. I was very skeptical about how well the results would come out, but they are actually extremely high quality and professional, exactly like the examples they provide! One recommendation: If you do not have the monthly subscription that offers the expidited editing, it can take a VERY long time to get your photos back (around 24 hours each for me).

2. And let's say it took two hoursctge photo still looks like trash.I was able to successfully get one photo retouched and it looks great, but when I go to buy more credits to do more photos it says my payment was declined.

3. Only downfall is you have to spend so much stars per photo but some photos don't require a ton of edits.Actually a pretty great app.

4. You can make all sorts of changes to multiple parts of your body, and the changes that you make afterwards, no matter how drastic or reshaping they may have been, they all turn out looking like they were taken that way on whatever camera you used.

5. I'll give the app a 3/5I was a little skeptical at first but so far the quality of work is awesome! Yes, you do have to purchase stars/credit but honestly I couldn't find a free app that did all the edits I wanted anyway.

6. First retouch is free but it costs .99 to take off logo .Quick turnaround time, and good results.

7. Did they fire all the good editors? Because the photo editing has changed so much.

1. Fix RetouchMe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RetouchMe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RetouchMe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RetouchMe" » Open RetouchMe » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RetouchMe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RetouchMe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RetouchMe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RetouchMe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RetouchMe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RetouchMe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RetouchMe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RetouchMe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RetouchMe not working

2. Fix RetouchMe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RetouchMe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RetouchMe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RetouchMe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
