1. What a waste of my time.Best app ever it lets me face time but it has lots of ads but I got used to itIf there was 0 stars that's what they'd get! They claimed "free" account, enter cc info for identification verification only!! BS, as soon as I put my # in they charge $38.99 to my account!I'm trying to find an app for my android phone so that I can call my friend who has an apple phone.

3. Would not reccomend.I downloaded this app becaus3 I wanted to FaceTime with my friend with my android phone and I paid for the no ads bit ads still kept popping up.

1. Fix Video Call Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Call: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Call App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Call" » Open Video Call » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Call » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Call app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Call servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Call" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Call app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Call might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Call. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Call then reinstall.
