Not going to watch hour long documentaries on my phone, so the Chromecast feature not working makes it unusable.Looks like it has great doc's, watched one thought this is great, looked forward to second episode & nothing plays at all, it is always just buffering, have tried numerous times opening, closing & even uninstalled & reinstalled, tried different docs, different things & still no gain, very disappointed, this app needs alot of work.

2. 2) a way to save playlists similar to youtubes 'watch later' 3) history so you can easily locate and restart things you had to take a break from watching.A great app with decent content.

I have just changed my rating to 1 star now because one doco I watched didn't completely finish & another has episodes missing, unbelievable!I am a young person and a fan of Real Stories on YouTube as well as many others, which shall remain nameless and abhor Apps that require an ongoing subscription in order to utilize their use.

4. 3rd July 2023, installed this, what LOOKS n SOUNDS like a GREAT App, on both of my phones, a Samsung S9+ and a Samsung NOTE20 5G, and when trying to start the app on both phones, a window pops up just saying 'Unexpected Error'.

5. Great for History buffs, needs a few tweaks like the ability to continue watching where you left off, save to watch later etc.

6. It is a great service with very good programming.buffering. always buffering.

7. However it would be good if you could select favourites or a watch later list, also, the subtitles are always on by default, even if you turn it off it comes back on with the next video.

1. Fix Veely Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Veely: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Veely App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Veely" » Open Veely » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Veely » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Veely app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Veely servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Veely" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Veely app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Veely might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Veely. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Veely then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Veely not working

2. Fix Veely Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Veely be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Veely not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Veely may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
