Really grate thx giver I hope you keep updating it.I'd rate it 5 stars, but because the ads for points have been blocked up, completing rewards and needed to be approved and needing builders man club to recieve the robux, i will rate it 3 stars till u fix it! And one more thing to add, I always recieving ads and can you decrease the number of points needed to redeem the robux?a bit of a scam ..as it doesn't tell you that you need builders club for it to send you robux(unless it did but I didn't look hard enough) and I got this app because I did not have that much money...sooo..yea. also the adds should give you more points and the games I downloaded and did what it asked me to do annnd...nothing ...no points so yea I don't really like it.It works it good but... If you NEED to have builders club just to get 10 robux... It isn't worth it... If you have builders club you could get SAY more...

2. Don't waste your time with this app, the requirements for completion in the games are very difficult unless played for weeks and they WONT reward you.This app is great! I see most people complaining cause they THINK they need builders club but they dont, it is an option it doesn't say you have to have it.

Cya!It's a really good place to get robux, others are fake and such, i would understand ads and so i trust this app, but the ad points are kind of low, too low, maybe up to 10-20 points would be alright, but overall, it's a great app.I ain't entirely sure if this counts as a scam but it's a generally a waste of time.

1. Fix Bloxmate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bloxmate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bloxmate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bloxmate" » Open Bloxmate - Get RBX » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bloxmate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bloxmate - Get RBX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bloxmate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bloxmate - Get RBX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bloxmate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bloxmate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bloxmate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bloxmate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bloxmate not working

2. Fix Bloxmate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bloxmate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bloxmate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bloxmate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
