1. If trIt works good for the most part in fact if you need this number to message your friends from the US or UK it may be the perfect app for you! It's not free but their US and UK numbers are cheap, be warned though if you try to send an international text/SMS from your US or UK number they will use a free SMS gateway to send your text to the target number (Like if you send a text from your US number to Hungary or Australia they get a message from a third-party sender number not from the one you sent it too) apart from this small issue it works great and I would love to use it if the Australian number would be cheaper by a few dollars and it could handle receiving/sending SMS/texts too!This app have been good until i bought a number yesternight via googlepay i normally use which went successful and up till now the number is still pending in my order list and showing "exception" with an "...

1. Fix CallsUp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CallsUp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CallsUp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CallsUp" » Open CallsUp - Second Phone Number » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CallsUp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CallsUp - Second Phone Number app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CallsUp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CallsUp - Second Phone Number " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CallsUp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CallsUp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CallsUp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CallsUp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CallsUp not working

2. Fix CallsUp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CallsUp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CallsUp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CallsUp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
