1. Why this pocket calc needs to be always online remains a mystery.Pretty good one thing that would be amazing and really easy to create is a conversion between metric and imperial measurements when you're doing BMI's eg input of imperial measurements, get BMI and also able to go back and see the conversion of height and weight in metric.

2. I wait a couple of weeks for an update, but if it doesn't change, I will uninstall it.it used to work offline but since the app update, it already needs an active internet connection.

3. References included.Why does the app require an Internet connection all the time? I used it abroad and in a plane without the possibility of getting online.

4. Kindly look into the issue!Honestly this app has been amazing, but working in a rural hospital I don't always have access to continuous Wi-Fi or internet and now I can't access the useful information when I need it.

5. What a shame.Requires always online, so server errors mean you cannot load your favourites / frequently used calculators quickly, nor can you use it in radiology suite with shielding.

1. Fix Calculate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Calculate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Calculate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Calculate" » Open Calculate by QxMD » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Calculate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Calculate by QxMD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Calculate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Calculate by QxMD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Calculate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Calculate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Calculate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Calculate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Calculate not working

2. Fix Calculate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Calculate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Calculate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Calculate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
