1. Very difficult to use while trying to carry on a QSO and look up a call sign.Great app when it worked? Can no longer login but get a message saying that the server is unavailable.

2. Would love to see a voice entry lookup feature so you could just say the callsign.Worked great until the last update then it was no longer formatted right as things were overlapped on the screen.The app keeps crashing.

1. Fix QRZ Assistant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QRZ Assistant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QRZ Assistant App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QRZ Assistant" » Open QRZ Assistant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QRZ Assistant » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QRZ Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QRZ Assistant servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QRZ Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QRZ Assistant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QRZ Assistant might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QRZ Assistant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QRZ Assistant then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QRZ Assistant not working

2. Fix QRZ Assistant Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QRZ Assistant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QRZ Assistant not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QRZ Assistant may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
