1. I would like to see an option to show my weight if I set a BF% goal if all my other composition factors stay the same.Setting up the app is a bit awkward because it doesn't account for an onscreen keyboard when entering data.

2. I have an older phone with Android 4.5 and was able to pair successfully.I love that you get Biometrics readings and does graphs of my progress! You need to open the app and connect to Bluetooth for it to work.

3. I have a real problem with the trend graph though, it doesn't scale the time axis appropriately.

4. Looking at how a stat has changed over time, it shows all the data points equally spaced, no matter how much time is between them! So if you look at "Week" it's the last 7 measurements, even if they were months apart.

11. I'm a certified personal trainer via NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), and it would be beneficial to see the body fat % and BMI calculations/formulas in order to trust the metric that is visible.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FITINDEX Issues

1. Fix FITINDEX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FITINDEX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FITINDEX App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FITINDEX" » Open FITINDEX » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FITINDEX » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FITINDEX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FITINDEX servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FITINDEX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FITINDEX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FITINDEX might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FITINDEX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FITINDEX then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FITINDEX not working


2. Fix FITINDEX Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FITINDEX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FITINDEX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FITINDEX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
