1. I don't know what to do and need help.I love that there is an online care option! It's pretty amazing! For those of you who stated that when you tried connecting to your meetings and it said it was connecting and nothing happened...it did the same to me until I realized that if you just wait a few seconds it actually does connect you...Sometimes it even brings you back to the home screen where u see all your appts, then it connects to your video call...So just have a little patience and wait a few seconds and it will connect!Better ability to review past written communications.

Your app just locked up and will not allow me to continue.The app is so slow today during my appointment with my provider the zoom meeting kept cutting in and out and the messaging part if the app is so slow to send and receive messages it's a constant problem the zoom meetings have been fine till today and I had full bars and was outside in the same spot I always do my meetings with all my online doctors and never have a issue.

3. I love the app and all the ones that assist me... I love that everything is done in my home ,so convenient.The staff, including the care coordinators, the doctors, the psychiatrist, they are all so very warm and SO caring! It's so nice to see a place that isnt worried about money and their actually worried about how the patients are.

A faster login process neededEveryone at this place is kind,caring and helpful and respectful.I enjoy this because it's convenient, right on my phone and I do t have to go no where.I enjoy it the most because the people here make you feel comfortable and are always willing to listen and help with what ever you need.plus they have a cool app that is very educational and you can earn gift cards.

5. The medication was a great way to get clean and transition into a normal routine, but there have been several occasions for varying reasons (mostly their fault) where I was left hanging for days without my medication and withdrawing from said medication.

1. Fix PursueCare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PursueCare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PursueCare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PursueCare" » Open PursueCare » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PursueCare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PursueCare app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PursueCare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PursueCare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PursueCare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PursueCare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PursueCare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PursueCare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PursueCare not working

2. Fix PursueCare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PursueCare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PursueCare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PursueCare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
