1. Devs, please take a look at this.Excellent app and work as expected!! Loved it after trying after 10 apps and this is best!! Just one request!! An option to change grid size, showing 4 contacts instead of 3.Initially good, but I have an issue with it where some of the contacts went missing and only appear as 'loading'.. The refresh button also won't do any good to fix this.

1. Fix Favorites Widget Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Favorites Widget: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Favorites Widget App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Favorites Widget" » Open Favorites Widget » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Favorites Widget » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Favorites Widget app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Favorites Widget servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Favorites Widget" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Favorites Widget app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Favorites Widget might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Favorites Widget. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Favorites Widget then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Favorites Widget not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Favorites Widget be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Favorites Widget not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Favorites Widget may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
