1. **Edit to confirm the update has sorted the additional reminders! Thank you! Upped my rating to 5 stars :)**This was recommended by my therapist, and on the whole, I'm enjoying using it and would have scored it higher.
2. The first is that I am getting three notifications every time I am due to do the exercises, which is intensely annoying! The second is that I can't play music or a podcast etc on my phone whilst I'm doing the exercises.
3. Endless notifications which I have now switched off and no ability to play music/podcasts while using the app.Keeps crashing dosnt remind me to do exercise and now a error code keeps coming up so useless.
4. If I'm busy at work and have been delayed I get up to 4 notifications for a single squeeze time.
5. Notifications only come up when I remember to open the app! The whole point of the app and completely useless. The new update seems to send numerous notifications instead of just one.
6. The old app was great, and would have got 4/5 stars, but since the update you stops audio from other apps, so you cannot listen to music or podcasts while you exercise.
7. Seem to get double notifications of exercise each time and it just goes to the main screen rather than the starting screen.
8. Please fix this.Ever since the recent update and redesign (which I really like by the way) I'm having two problems which have been identified by other reviewers.
9. I get them, but I get multiple notifications for every "squeeze" time I've set.
10. These exercises are good but boring to do silently! Hope you can sort this out.Great app and was recommended to me by my consultant to help recover my pelvic floor after giving birth.
11. I do prefer the length of the slow squeeze now though.Bought this app after prostate cancer surgery (the male version wasn't available at the time).
