1. I request you to fix these bugs and make this app work like before.HELP!!! I just downloaded this to my new Samsung Galaxy J6 and it won't allow me to send pictures! I have used this app for several years on other telephones and never had an issue.

2. This is highly confusing as this does not clarify whether the message is really sent or not!! PLEASE CORRECT THIS ISSUE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, OTHERWISE THIS APP IS NOT USABLE!!!!!Moving ads are distracting!I've had this app for years and it now has a problem sending photos.

3. I love the features, but one important one is missing...being able to copy an entire message to send to someone else.

4. Another annoying trait, when u r writing a text msg & another screen comes up (like a text msg, alarm or other notifications), on going back to the text msg screen, the text u hv written is lost ~ annoying, esp for lengthy text msgs.

5. I love it, and it's easy to send group messages which is important in my profession.

6. There's so much you can do with your messages, like mute conversations or assign special message tones for certain contacts.

7. Have to wait and see how it performs, and whether it crashes regularly or not! But one thing is highly missing: THERE IS NO DEFAULT SIGNATURE OPTION! WHY??? New point: The sent message CONTINUOUSLY shows the noting "Sending" beneath the message.

9. Every time I open it the screen goes blank and nothing comes on the screen because of this I could not see many of my Important messages.

10. In any new ones, both are there.This app does not allow me to send MMS or picture messages.

1. Fix Messages Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Messages: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Messages App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Messages" » Open Messages » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Messages » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Messages app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Messages servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Messages" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Messages app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Messages might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Messages. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Messages then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Messages not working

2. Fix Messages Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Messages be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Messages not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Messages may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
