3. It displays at least 3 ads before you get to your "diagnosis" (which was far from correct, by the way.) They claim it's artificial intelligence and that they got help from doctors, but honestly, it looks like they just googled "common diseases" and "how to make an app" and combined the search results.

4. I often had stomach pain during the last weeks and my doctor has confirmed that the diagnosis made by this app is correct.

8. my only suggestion is maybe: when you get to the end of the process and it shows you your diagnosis, highlight the title of that page, or make it stand out a little more(just so i dont just click past it thinking its just another disclaimer, and have to start all over again) .

3. Clear Doc Neo: AI Medical Chatbot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Doc Neo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Doc Neo: AI Medical Chatbot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Doc Neo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Doc Neo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Doc Neo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Doc Neo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Doc Neo not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Doc Neo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
