1. This is a guide not a place to draw!", I wanted to make sure but the site kept closing! Don't download, not worth it.The reason I rate 1 star is because everytime I open it there's so many guidances and it gets annoying and I don't know about you but the app won't start unless I rate 5 stars and if I don't it will automatically shut down and say the app stopped working I can't paint or anything I don't see why this app will be useful if it just shuts downProcreate paint is the best drawing application.

1. Fix Procreate Paint Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Procreate Paint: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Procreate Paint App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Procreate Paint" » Open Procreate Paint » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Procreate Paint » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Procreate Paint app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Procreate Paint servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Procreate Paint" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Procreate Paint app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Procreate Paint might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Procreate Paint. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Procreate Paint then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Procreate Paint not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Procreate Paint be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Procreate Paint not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Procreate Paint may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
