1. I thought it was a drawing app, but instead it was a photo editor, for stuff like selfies, but, it was still good! It wasn't what i expected it to be, but the mechanics were great! All that im saying is that this app is more for a photographer, and not an artistI hate it.
2. I use photogrid instead, much better.Okay first I thought this was a drawing app it didnt look like it when I opened the app so I started looking at other stuff in the app and every single time I tap something ad there are sooo many ads and I dislike this very muchLiterally couldn't upload a picture without 5+ ads.
3. Heard it was a good app but thought you could draw and couldn't get past the amount of ads as soon as you download it.Eveytime I try to press something an ad pops up.
4. I cant beleive its even #3 top free its so bad, I waated to draw not edit a picture.
5. You cant even draw in this app all you can do is edit pictures.
6. The positve reveiws are propbally bots. The real procreate is a world with just yourself where you can birth your mind onto your own private canvas.
7. I tried to create real artwork but it was just editing pictures, it did NOT help me with my creativity.
8. A photo editor with ads every edit is really bad.
9. And if you really want to edit your photos, go on Photoshop. This app is by far the worst.
10. You can't use it to draw which was what I thought it was for.
11. But here there are 100000000 ads and all you can do is slightly edit your pictures.
My app has not been working properly for the past 2 weeks. To be more specific, my calligraphy pens (the ones that should be changing sizes on the up and down strokes) haven’t been working. Here are all the things I’ve already tried:
-Reset ALL the settings
-Power my device off and on
-Delete and re download procreate
-Buy a new calligraphy brush off of Etsy (still didn’t change thickness on the up and down strokes)
-cleaned my Apple Pencil
-disconnect and reconnect my Apple Pencil
-wrote without my screen protector
-messed with the pressure settings
-tried to make my own brush from scratch
-looked at a friends settings whose app was filling working to see if anything was different (nothing was different)
I have spent a total of probably 5 hours looking up how to fix the problem and messing around with the app to try to fix it. I run a business making calligraphy prints and I feel very frustrated that I haven’t gotten the problem fixed and that procreate has been so difficult to contact (this is not my first time emailing about this issue).
I would really appreciate it if someone could call me or give me some more one on one help since this feels like a big issue.
Thank you
