1. The new layout features an at-a-glance view of alerts and upcoming appointments, the ability to check-in or start a virtual visit with one tap, and manage your prescriptions. myPrivia offers convenience and personalized care, delivering your health your way.
2. Our secure log-in enables a more personalized experience, including easy access to your care team and tailored health content.
3. myPrivia makes it easy for you to stay connected to your healthcare.
1. There's no notifications for important functions (new messages, appointments, new test results, etc) and often navigating through sections is so slow it appears it's not working at all.
2. Utterly useless garbage.Too difficult to see test results and the new format change for test results makes it impossible to copy and paste information.
3. I don't understand what is the purpose this app is serving other than a check box that you have an app? When the app works it's fine, but it throws so many error messages, both on Android and PC version, it is often more trouble than it is worth.
4. Doesn't remember login info, constantly shows me I have "Unread Messages" but all show as read when I click the link.
5. Doesn't show the full list of messages, and redirects to website for trivial things.
6. Edit 06/11/21: The remember me still does not work, and I cannot make appointments with any of my providers through the app.
7. Not only do I have to log in everything (the app is not accessible either, so it doesn't work with password manager), I don't get notifications for messages, etc.
8. I've seen the Dev comments that it's a work in progress, so maybe it'll improve.Only offers the same functionality as the website, but in a less convenient format.
9. Rule of thumb - if your app is essentially a big, expensive hotlink to your website in a browser frame, maybe don't release it and save your reputation the damage.I've used this app for aprox.
10. It would improve things if we could access our bill with our name or address or both, as opposed to trying to locate some obscure number on a piece of paper we no longer have.
11. We miss email often. The remember me does not work EVER, and has not for as long as I can remember.
First Colonial Family Practice emailed me and told me to schedule a virtual visit on their website. When the first button wouldn't allow me to, I chose the second that also said to schedule a virtual visit. I now know that was the umbrella MyPrivia button. I had to pay $25 and it was highly recommended I come in to have someone listen to my chest and possibly do an EKG and xray due to my history. I went straight in, but I was charged another $25 even though First Colonial Family Practice in Virginia Beach falls under MyPrivia. I was told by the front office staff I could check with MyPrivia to see if the virtual visit could be reimbursed. Please contact me. There should be something on the site that states you will be charged twice if you attempt the virtual visit first. I didn't think I would be able to go into the office as I am recovering from Covid. Otherwise, I would have just gone there and skipped the virtual visit.
My number changed from 903-802-2490 to 469-400-1607 and I’ve been trying all day to reset my account but it keeps saying error and I can’t see my daughters patient summary
