1. This is an issue that needs to be fixed ASAP as it gets extremely frustrating trying to log on to the website through the internet instead of it being an easy app.This app is so glitchy.

2. I enter my name and password and it takes forever then says my info doesn't exist even though I'm using the same info as the internet website.

3. I have contacted the doctors office and they suggested that I uninstall and then reinstall the app, but I have had no luck with this despite trying several times over a several week period.This review goes for both the mobile and website application versions.

4. Just overall frustrating because this is how we're supposed to communicate with our care team and there seems to be a glitch always.App is not user friendly and crashes a lot.
