1. Fix MOOVIMEX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart MOOVIMEX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the MOOVIMEX App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MOOVIMEX" » Open MOOVIMEX » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MOOVIMEX » click "UPDATE".
- Clear MOOVIMEX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MOOVIMEX servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MOOVIMEX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check MOOVIMEX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MOOVIMEX might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall MOOVIMEX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MOOVIMEX then reinstall.
