1. Tried to contact pocket prep through the app with no answer.I've only done a few practice exams on the free version but so far they seem like really good questions and related to my college classes! I will continue to use and update if anything changes!Only had it for a few days.

2. I have come across a question or two where the right answer is marked as "wrong".The questions and explanations are fine but the cost is a huge barrier to entry.

1. Fix NPTE-PTA Pocket Prep Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NPTE-PTA Pocket Prep: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NPTE-PTA Pocket Prep App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NPTE-PTA Pocket Prep" » Open NPTE-PTA Pocket Prep » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NPTE-PTA Pocket Prep » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NPTE-PTA Pocket Prep app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NPTE-PTA Pocket Prep servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NPTE-PTA Pocket Prep" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NPTE-PTA Pocket Prep app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NPTE-PTA Pocket Prep might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NPTE-PTA Pocket Prep. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NPTE-PTA Pocket Prep then reinstall.
