Why should I report an Issue with Plabric - 3D Printing Platform?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Plabric to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The app is nice, but I can't use it right now.Not one to write reviews but whoa! This app is amazing! Its great to be able to slice .stl files on my phone and print without ever touching my computer or printer! This a great clean gui and great how it shows you a preview of the models and how you can adjust them in the app, These r 2 small issues i faced.

2. Displayed digits on sliders are sometimes missing precision, and can mess up a print.Pretty disappointing, I absolutely love the idea of being able to keep an eye on what my printer is doing while I'm away, but the app doesnt want to connect without me being on wifi, also the camera is super sketchy, unless I'm on my own network, which at that point, is honestly pointless.

3. When I've been running multiple jobs over a whole day I find it won't connect at some point in the evening, but I mainly wanted it to keep an eye on prints for the 9 hours I'm at work, and not had a problem since rebooting before leaving for work.

4. I might as well get setup with a port forwarding setup.Thanks to this app I have been able to use STL files, get them sliced, and achieve very very good prints from my Ender 3 Pro without ever touching a computer.

5. For some reason when i tried printing with the same test cube i had corner lift, fixed thoAs long as you reboot Octoprint between print jobs it works fine, but I'm not sure if that is dependant on how long you are running it.

6. Awesome! Would love to be able to have the print loading or start option work, cause for me it's not working, and seems to timeout a bit too quickly - will check the settings.

7. I paired this up with 3D Geeks(premium) to get Thingiverse links, paste those in, and slice for my printer! The hardest part has been just getting and tuning a slicer profile which admittedly was hard to find, but did eventually get it.

8. Once running - I like the interface, it's a lot quicker to control the printer through than octoprint, and I love the controls lock.

9. Downloaded files aren't named according to the name in the cloud (and can get quite messy if you're exporting gcode and manually printing.

10. I run multiple printers, so it would be nice to get a notification telling me which one finished.I went to add some 1.75 filament and there are only 2 hatchbox colors.

11. I had thought it was a bit buggy as far as the app goes, but turns out it was just the initial setup, probably cause of slow internet.

1. Fix Plabric Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Plabric: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Plabric App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Plabric" » Open Plabric - 3D Printing Platform » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Plabric » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Plabric - 3D Printing Platform app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Plabric servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Plabric - 3D Printing Platform" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Plabric app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Plabric might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Plabric. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Plabric then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Plabric not working

2. Fix Plabric Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Plabric be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Plabric not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Plabric may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
