Why should I report an Issue with Plato: Fun Multiplayer Games?

1. Please fix!It was fun and enjoyable to play especially with friends! However, It would be a lot better if an extra feature added to it such as "voice chat" so that we can live chat with our friends while playing the game, instead of typing to each other that may consume time and sometimes we missed our turn when we busy replying each other's text.

2. As for the games, so far it was great but I really hope MONOPOLY DEAL is there too! HAHA.Recently, me and a friend have been have an issue where a game will "break": after a few turns, it won't display the correct board state and will say its the wrong person's turn even though its not that person's turn.

3. Not playing anymore as I'm tired of actually winning several games but due to the glitch not getting the actual win! I don't understand how that can even happen?!? Also, issues connecting to the game on a continual basis.

4. Other than that, a fun app to play games in!The app is a good way to play games with friends.

5. Please fix these issues as it really ruins the app.The toggle sound/music is confusing and for one game in particular, every new game it turns the sound back on and it takes two clicks to turn the sound off, making it very frustrating.

6. Instead of being kicked out of the game their position in the game turns auto, and it's so unfair to the players who are actually trying to play.

7. I enjoy the variety of games, and the fact, I can play with friends or strangers.

8. Sometimes games are "canceled due to inactivity" and then you get a notification later saying that you lost, because the game was never canceled.

9. I made a new account and it kicked me out of the app again!! It's extremely frustrating to have all of your progress lost constantly.Pretty good app! Very fun to play with family, friends, or random people.

10. All sorts of games, and I like how they have levels, ranks, coins, and themes as an incentive to play more.

11. It constantly freezes on your turn and doesn't let you play unless you exit the game then come back.

1. Fix Plato Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Plato: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Plato App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Plato" » Open Plato: Fun Multiplayer Games » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Plato » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Plato: Fun Multiplayer Games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Plato servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Plato: Fun Multiplayer Games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Plato app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Plato might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Plato. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Plato then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Plato not working

2. Fix Plato Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Plato be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Plato not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Plato may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
