1. I don't understand whyAbsolutely incredible IT response! To tell you that the top most app developers come up with as much of a prompt feedback as Plabable does would be a lie... Hats off to the incredible IT team for responding and fixing the issues so fast! 🥹 Probably the best resource for PLAB 1 exam with an excellent interface!Its an excellent app.

I would suggest you to do something about the arrow mark for moving from one question to another.Its small and is placed in the bottom end.Its difficult to toggle through each question.Can you add a swipe feature for toggling to the next question.It would be very convenient.Thankyou:)A real handy and amazing app to study on the go.

1. Fix Plabable Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Plabable: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Plabable App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Plabable" » Open Plabable for PLAB and MLA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Plabable » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Plabable for PLAB and MLA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Plabable servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Plabable for PLAB and MLA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Plabable app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Plabable might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Plabable. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Plabable then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Plabable not working

2. Fix Plabable Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Plabable be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Plabable not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Plabable may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
