1. When a case is closed, findings are issued but there is nothing showing in attachments despite of our own attachments.App is working but in attachment no option of attaching data from mobile fone "Download folder" ? All folders including down load folder must be shown in attachment.
2. The technical team must check the app by lodging complaints itself.It never gives any options to any complainant to mention or counter once complaint lodged.
3. neither is alternative method for logging and View Attachment.App installed BUT not running, only screen with number of cases FAQ but all are untouchable not working.
4. But seems that feedback option is intentionally made inactive to avoid getting negative feedback fromApp is awesome but improvement is quite necessary.
5. This list looks like made by one اناڑی۔I downloaded Apps to review documents pertaining to decision of my complaint.
6. When Click View Attachment It's directly open a link In browser, Which do nothing.
7. Improve your Attachment Viewer Interface Issues.
8. But feedback option is inactive as I am unable to enter any text in feed back text box.
9. I spent my lot's of time to Lodge complaint but when it should be complete, the page retuned to the home page.
10. Hence it is impossible to lodge a complaint and the app is essentially useless.It's a worst Application.
11. The city selection dropdown menu does not open and without that I cannot proceed to next steps.
