After granting the app the permissions, specifically, storage access, it'll start right up once you tap the app's icon again to run it and you should see the Grifols logo followed by the app's splash screen.The only thing worse than this app is there web page.nether work at all .you would think since thy don't pay for cable or wifi for us to watch or use thy would have the money to have one of them work.lolJust a black screen after fully downloaded.
