Why should I report an Issue with FatBooth - The Big Prank App?

1. You pick a picture from the front like it says, then it flickers to another screen and back to the pick a picture screen.Used to work, but its having the same problem everybody else using this has: When i try to take a picture, it says "ERROR: impossible to write file on your SD card." Garbage.Good game, works fine, but runs nasty and suggestive ads on a game rated E for everyone! Everyone includes kids that shouldn't see that.

2. Now the face detection doesn't work, and you cannot use any of the facial adjustmentsWould give no stars if an option.....app does not detect any face even if you take a head shot head on.....total junk I can't believe they would even allow such trash on the F...ing store.

3. Stop all production and learn to do something elseKeeps complaining about not being able to write on sd card, complains that the pic is not light enough, doesn't do anything even when I say "try anyway".

4. I uninstalled it and then a little bit later when I installed it again, it keeps saying it couldn't find an ID card?? Then I took the picture and it said that it needed better lighting every time.

5. This app is completely fake, do not download!Doesn't work anymore cuz you idiots ruined it.

1. Fix FatBooth Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FatBooth: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FatBooth App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FatBooth" » Open FatBooth - The Big Prank App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FatBooth » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FatBooth - The Big Prank App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FatBooth servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FatBooth - The Big Prank App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FatBooth app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FatBooth might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FatBooth. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FatBooth then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FatBooth not working

2. Fix FatBooth Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FatBooth be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FatBooth not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FatBooth may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
