Why should I report an Issue with Picsart Color - Painting, Draw?

1. Only problem is that sometimes, when I exit out of the art project I work on and then come back, there would be certain parts of the drawing that would be completely erased, even though I haven't erased anything.

2. Another time, it totally glitched out and ruined all of my layers, basically having to restart the entire drawing I spent over 10 hours on.

3. Looking through other reviews, I see a lot of other users are having the same problem! Hoping this ongoing issue gets resolved because the app is unusable right now.This app is not that bad, actually.

1. Fix Picsart Color Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Picsart Color: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Picsart Color App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Picsart Color" » Open Picsart Color - Painting, Draw » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Picsart Color » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Picsart Color - Painting, Draw app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Picsart Color servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Picsart Color - Painting, Draw" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Picsart Color app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Picsart Color might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Picsart Color. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Picsart Color then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Picsart Color not working

2. Fix Picsart Color Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Picsart Color be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Picsart Color not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Picsart Color may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
