1. I thought I could use this app to take a picture I had shot and turn myself into a cartoon character, but it either stops processing about 1/3 of the way through a photo or the app crashes completely, not what I was expecting.The app does not live up to what is advertised.

1. Fix Cartoon Photo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cartoon Photo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cartoon Photo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cartoon Photo" » Open Cartoon Photo - Pictures Cartoon Drawing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cartoon Photo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cartoon Photo - Pictures Cartoon Drawing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cartoon Photo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cartoon Photo - Pictures Cartoon Drawing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cartoon Photo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cartoon Photo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cartoon Photo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cartoon Photo then reinstall.
