1. I've tested 20 strains and all 20 came back close if not spot on accurate On the Growers side of the app, since thats what actually counts, they have a team that will email you back with basic grow knowledge and suggested course of action.

2. What absolute peice of .... Do not try and say I was not using it properly.So far results have been consistent with both the labelled thc as the control and using on 3 nicest nugs, preferable a cracked nug to show off the inside.

3. My favorite was that "the bud wasn't close enough to the scope" (despite the fact the scope was pressed up against the bud)Customer service has been quick to get my results and answer my questions.

4. If it's dark then light showing its bright colors it will be off.Had some expectations on this app, but they came way short, firstly had a problem logging in and I normally have no issues with any type of app, beit heavy and Ram straining.

5. Still testing it.... 3/15/21 It appears to be very consistent with expectations of THC% in different strains(G4 Rocks ;) The Grade feature is nice as well.

6. I found things like photo filters, low light affects, and such can cause different thc % and quality ratings.

7. I also tested some old bud that hasn't been stored that great for awhile.

8. I questioned their accuracy on some samples that I had actual test results for, and the list of excuses they had for why their contraption and app was off by so much was comical.

9. App freezes EVERY time you try and take a thc photo then the light failed on the lense.

1. Fix HiGrade Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HiGrade: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HiGrade App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HiGrade" » Open HiGrade: Cannabis Testing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HiGrade » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HiGrade: Cannabis Testing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HiGrade servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HiGrade: Cannabis Testing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HiGrade app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HiGrade might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HiGrade. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HiGrade then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HiGrade not working

2. Fix HiGrade Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HiGrade be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HiGrade not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HiGrade may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
