1. Nice to be able to take work calls remotely, but... Call dial out about 20% of the time.
2. These include having my saved personalized greeting randomly switched back to default generic message, phone app not ringing, and some calls not being updated as missed calls for a while.
3. Another text annoyance is despite having all my needed contacts saved in the app, when I look at my message list - only the numbers show in place of where the saved names should be... the names are completely missing.I've continually had technical issues since starting this service.
4. Normally you can't answer calls, you can't dial out unless you try 8 times, and there are about a dozen other constant issues.
5. The call history doesn't work, so if I miss a call, I don't know who to call back unless they leave a voicemail.
6. Answering calls can be quite painful at at times the app says it is connecting to the call but never does.
7. I am beyond frustrated with this app and feel tricked into paying for a year service of something that doesn't work.
8. The app has used my personal voice-mail for missed business calls, so business calls end up coming to my personal phone anyways.
9. The voicemail system is non-functional most of the time and the other half of the time I can't call out from the app.
10. Needs substantial work and improvement as I rely on this app and service for my business.Maybe the worst app I've ever used.
11. I haven't noticed this last problem since May of 22 though. The phone app is very poorly designed and most features don't seem to work.
